About us

Şef transfer was established in 2011 by brothers Hüseyin and Enver Vural. We have our license and all insurances. We prioritize the safety of both our passengers and drivers. We strive to ensure that our customers have the best possible transfer. When you leave the airport you will be met by one or more of our drivers who will hold this sign:

You will be offered complimentary water before departure. Other cold drinks are also available for purchase. The drive from Antalya to Alanya takes approximately 2 hours. If necessary, the driver will make a short stop on this journey. The drive from Gazipasa to Alanya takes approximately 30 minutes.
After departure to the airport you will be picked up from your home. When you book the transfer, it may vary by +/- 10 minutes depending on how many people will be picked up. In case of any other changes, a text message will be sent to you.
When you book a transfer, you will first receive an automatic confirmation. You will then receive a personalized confirmation by email. One day before the day you need to be picked up, you will receive a text message confirming the pick-up time. Therefore, it is important that you provide a cell phone number that is also active in Turkey.
Payment for the trip is made directly to the driver. You only pay for one trip at a time, even if you have booked a return trip. As it can be difficult to exchange currency, we prefer payment to be made in Euros and preferably in full amount.
Our working hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 - 17:00 and we answer all calls and emails regarding transfers. Our phones are available 24 hours a day, but outside of normal working hours, please only call if you need a transfer at the last minute or if something happens on your journey such as delays, detention at customs, etc. It is important that you provide us with a cell phone number that is also active in Turkey at the time of booking, as we will send text messages to confirm the trip and call if there is a possibility of delays or other unforeseen things happen.
